    Understanding Your Back Pain

    Back pain often arises from poor posture, prolonged sitting, and improper lifting, leading to muscle imbalances. Nearly 80% of people experience back pain, and ignoring early signs can lead to chronic issues. Strengthening core and back muscles improves spine support and reduces discomfort. Let's explore specific exercises to target different back areas.


    2 Sets of 10-Second Holds

    This exercise relieves spinal disc pressure:

    1. Lie face down, hands under shoulders.

    2. Lift your upper body, keeping hips down.

    3. Hold for 10 seconds, focusing on spine elongation.


    10 Sets of 10-Second Holds

    This exercise stretches the lower back:

    1. Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat.

    2. Pull one knee to your chest, hold for 10 seconds.

    3. Switch legs, repeat for 10 sets.


    10 Sets of 10-Second Holds

    This exercise enhances spinal flexibility:

    1. Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat.

    2. Let knees fall to one side, back pressed to floor.

    3. Hold for 10 seconds, switch sides, repeat for ten sets.


    2 Sets of 10 Repetitions

    This targets glutes and lower back:

    1. Lie on your back, knees bent, feet hip-width apart.

    2. Lift hips, squeeze glutes at the top.

    3. Hold briefly, then lower.


    5 Sets of 10-Second Holds

    This boosts pelvic stability:

    1. Lie on your back, knees bent.

    2. Flatten lower back by tilting pelvis.

    3. Hold for 10 seconds, repeat for five sets.


    2 Sets of 10 Repetitions

    This strengthens the lower body:

    1. Stand against a wall, lower into a squat.

    2. Engage core, hold briefly, return to standing.


    2 Sets of 5 Repetitions

    This strengthens the spine:

    1. Stand tall, feet shoulder-width apart.

    2. Hands on hips, lean back gently.

    3. Hold for two seconds, return to start.
